They escalated to a claim to replace it but i turned it down.
Got a guy to fix it for a couple hundred bucks

@_ThePugFather I use it all the time. I will usually send a picture of the problem to the plumber so he comes prepared. If you have the missing part... Then go for it. It won't affect your claims. If it's abig problem they escalate a claim for you
