@MAGABarbie317@RGIII … nor does it mean a very qualified white straight male will miss out on an interview or job because a lesser qualified individual took their place for DEI’s sake. This is a false narrative being pushed but isn’t actually what successful diverse companies are doing in practice.
@MAGABarbie317@RGIII So DEI hiring is actually about leveling the playing field and providing opportunity for all. When executed correctly, it doesn’t mean automatic minority hires to fill a quota…
Another interesting point:
High level Offensive Coaches are not copy & pasting a playbook from one team to the next. They are "ripping it down to the studs" and rebuilding the playbook with the Quarterback in mind.
The playbook evolves every season based on the players.
@kurt13warner Love the C2/C3/C1/0 split field concepts you’ve got. Always thought a QB’s dissection of the defense should dictate where the ball goes, as opposed to full-field pure progressions. Good stuff!
Btw, thought you’d get a kick out of being on the Christmas tree this year
I asked Kurt Warner what steps he would take if he was the czar in charge of developing young quarterbacks for the leauge.
"I would start with teaching them how to play the position."
A five minute masterclass on why so many young QBs are failed, I am seated. ESPN2 now.
This goes with my tweet earlier in week about how Pick 6s on HITCH routes look bad for the QB, but they are tough for a QB bc really based on pre-snap look, not a post-snap read! Here’s a #StudyBall look at what I mean! Be a student of the game!
@karnsies817@NFLRookieWatxh He may have committed errors in that game, but this is actually the RB’s error here. Zone read right = ball mesh backside, right?
