Today I needed to see a doctor so went online to make an appointment. After all the doom in the media, I expected to have to wait two weeks at least. Instead, I was seen within two hours. What a precious service. @NHSMillion

@virginmedia I have regular problems with my business service. When the main router fails, the dongle back up doesn't operate. Every time I phone up, I have to wait ages to speak to someone and get passed from pillar to post. I'm then told the problem is resolved only for it to return again.

@KimseyPeter Thanks, it's the inhouse monitor that isn't working. We've placed it close to the meter but it still doesn't work. @ShellEnergyHome say it can take 28 days to connect but I think they're trying to fob us off.

@santanderukhelp I have never phoned Santander at a time when you haven't been dealing with a high volume of calls...maybe it's time you employed more staff. By making customers wait, you're telling us that your time is more valuable than ours.
