@Xeixos Viva o SNS ... que trata todos menos os portugueses que paguam esta merda toda ... lembrem-se o SNS é tão bom que os funcionários públicos têm um sistema de saude para irem ao privado ...
@Daikazo2 A pretty girl in highschool told me she liked my jacket, asked if it was new, and told me I looked good in it. I still remember that moment vividly... It happened 11 years ago...
My biggest takeaway from traveling the world and not working for an extended period of time is that humans need to be challenged to be happy and fulfilled. This means work and exercise. But not just coasting, it means pushing yourself every day, constantly striving towards greater challenges.
This is the great paradox of life - that pain makes you happier. People think they want to just take it easy and chill / hang out all day, but in the end that just makes them feel directionless and miserable. Retired people pass away quicker, and people who keep working live longer (eg. like Trump who at age 79 is still relatively sharp even though he eats McDonald's every day).
The easiest way to ensure you're pushing yourself is physical exercise. I never enjoyed running, but I'm trying to run more these days inspired by Haruki Murakami who runs 10km/day. Maybe too early for me to say, but I already feel the benefits. And I have been playing soccer 2x/week over the last year and a half, and it absolutely makes a huge difference.
