1/2 Went into @GreggsOfficial yesterday afternoon and bought two sausage rolls. There were multiple bottles of HP
brown sauch and @HeinzUK Heinz Ketchup on display behind the counter all visibly full. I asked “Please may I have some Kethup for the sauage rolls?”

Or maybe a sign on the door saying “Feel free to look at our Sauces however remember to bring your own after 10:30am”

2/3 The guy behind the counter’s face went ashen and he replied. “I’m sorry, I’m not allowed to give it to you. They are for breakfasts only......” Embarrassing for the staff, embarrassing customer experience. @GreggsOfficial how about a rethink?
