A $TSLA and $SPCX merger will NOT benefit Tesla shareholders.

Two Reasons:

1. You’re effectively selling 50% of your TSLA stock for a company trading at ~100x revenues

2. SpaceX insider lockup expiry in 6 mo will create MASSIVE selling pressure
