@Sheikhmustaali@Grumblepuck@jendeea His brother earning a high-level military medal could easily be something that got him into the trials as well. SB wanting the same opportunity doesn’t contradict that, it supports the idea that he’s following and competing with him
@Sheikhmustaali@Grumblepuck@jendeea Why would the Silver Star cancel out Compound V? It’s just a bravery award. He could’ve earned it without powers, and that kind of recognition could’ve helped him get into Vought’s trials by showing he had the qualities they wanted.
@LunaOgawa86@jendeea I get your point, I just don’t think that line confirms anything about Quinn’s identity. It’s still SB describing a dynamic, not proving who he actually is. It was just a theory on my end. I think we could go back and forth on this forever since nothing is confirmed about Quinn.
@LunaOgawa86@jendeea That’s assuming we know exactly how SB’s brother would act. We don’t. The show only gives us bits of dialogue, not full context. So I’m just saying Quinn still fits that missing piece thematically, even if it’s not confirmed. Hence why we are waiting for Vought Rising.
@LunaOgawa86@jendeea Being rich doesn’t mean he can’t be angry about how the other person used it. I’m not saying it’s confirmed, just that SB’s wording still leaves room for that interpretation.
@LunaOgawa86@jendeea SB’s brother won a silver star, and maybe it got him into the Dr. Voughts trials. SB probably used the families wealth to also get in the trials, and the brother hates him for stealing the glory using the families wealth, aka Quinn
@_parxsos @jendeea I get Frenchie baited it, but I’m saying SB’s reaction felt too specific to be random. We don’t know the history yet, but I’m just giving a possible theory
@LunaOgawa86@jendeea I’m confused. Are you asking if Quinn is bombsight? If so it’s most likely not. BS has the V1 but now they’re just going to be looking for him. This episode was a set-up for Vought Rising. They wouldn’t tell us if his brother went through the trials cause it would probably spoil
@yeezyweezyfeezy@lvuexxx@acklespaws Given the dialogue they gave us, it probably is his brother. Frenchie speaks for Quinn and says he was the real war hero. SB was a kid playing “dress-up.” Homelander says SB’s brother won a silver star for bravery. SB probably stole the glory from his brother using his families $
@Grumblepuck@jendeea What if he didn’t grow up the same though? SB’s brother won a silver star, and maybe it got him into the Dr. Voughts trials. SB probably used the families wealth to also get in the trials, and the brother hates him for stealing the glory, aka Quinn
Update: I am now a three-time grand champ! Feeling consistent, and feeling good. Also, the first season where I didn't get grand champ at the very end.
For the first time ever in my time playing Rocket League, I will have grand champ tags in back to back seasons (for others this isn't a big deal but I could pull my hair out right now)
Did anyone else notice that Epic took something from a failing add-on to Rocket League and just put it in Rocket League? I'm talking about the flip reset indicator. It is useful I'm not complaining, but just thought about this
Am I bad at Rocket League because I don’t take ranked that seriously? I am still trying to win, but I always get into arguments in ranked when I say "it's not that serious." Most of the time I get told "go play casual."
