BULL THESIS FOR $ZNB (suspected $1000+ stock in 12mo): Zeta Network Group is a Cayman Island based company who transitioned from Color Star Technology Co. to ZNB last year, focusing on digital asset tokenization, bitcoin mining, and real word asset tokenization. They've recently had two large investments (231million in 2025 by an unknown entity, entirely in SolvBTC, and another 10million private investment that closed as of 3 days ago (156 BTC). Now, on paper this company looks like a small float china stock that is STRUGGLING with their balance sheet, history of reverse splits, and recent liquidations (Fintel shows institutions pulling out, but as of 8/14/26, new positions with Blackrock and HRT Financial opened up, likely due to being obligated to include a piece of them in their funds due to being NASDAQ compliant. What's very interesting, is their partnership with SOLV and their private investments being in SolvBTC, emphasizing their partnership that was announced last year. Solv Protocol is a decentralized Bitcoin yield platform that operates as an alternative to centralized financial institutions and traditional crypto lenders. Rather than lending your Bitcoin out on a single corporate balance sheet, Solv issues a 1:1 Bitcoin-backed token called SolvBTC. You then route that token into automated vaults (like BTC+) to harvest yield from a variety of on-chain sources. Yield range from 3-6%, better than most asides from possibly Kraken, which gives high tier loyalty members higher up to 7%. What also puts SOLV at an advantage is how they differ from other treasuries. Unlike traditional lenders that rely purely on borrowing demand, Solv behaves like a "yield aggregator". It taps into DeFi liquidity pools, funding rate arbitrage, and tokenized real-world credit markets (such as BlackRock’s BUIDL fund) to generate a multi-stream yield. SOLV is different in their approach to custody and asset type categorization. Unlike Kraken, Nexo, etc who focus on Custodial approaches, Solv uses a decentralized reserve layer powered by FROST threshold signatures and verifiable on-chain Chainlink Proof-of-Reserves. You retain custody of your assets via your Web3 wallet, which protects you from centralized bankruptcy freezes, but introduces smart contract risk. So what's the advantage? In the simplest terms, the choice comes down to who you trust with your money: a corporation or computer code. Here is the exact difference between Solv Protocol and a centralized platform like Nexo:Centralized (e.g., Nexo): You give your Bitcoin to a company. They own the keys. They lend your Bitcoin behind closed doors to institutions. If the company goes bankrupt, your money can disappear. Decentralized (e.g., Solv): You keep your Bitcoin in your own crypto wallet. You plug it into Solv's software (smart contracts). The software automatically puts your money to work across the crypto ecosystem, and everything is tracked publicly on the blockchain. Here is where it REALLY gets interesting. We all knew Trump wanted to be the king of crypto going into office, and it was outlined last year, and in 2024. See https://t.co/OiyO3ujcFo and https://t.co/nv6yKAq0OQ. Two years later, we are finally seeing everything coming into place, yet ZNB is constantly being shorted to the ground, when their fair value is estimated to be between $35-40 based off my calculations on their bitcoin assets and mNAV. Fun fact, they also having mining operations in Kazakhstan which is a perfect combination of cheap energy costs/cold climate for mining operations. Due to their balance sheet and operating losses due to the last 11 months of big institutions shorting bitcoin for a healthy correction, I believe this stock was pushed to the ground to be hidden, and not because of their business framework. Based off SEC filings and public information we now know, they have over 2000 BTC in their SOLV vaults since last year's investment. Their 10million investment was priced at the BTC price as of August 17th (funny how it was 63k at that time and 2 days later BTC surges after it was closed). Great timing for a deal. Anyways, if you've read this far, thanks. I'm just bored at work. I may lose all my money to a chinese floater stock, but think it has a proper thesis behind it. I also have a thesis for $ADTX coming up. . . . . Get ready, it's a fun one. As always, invest at your own risk and this is NOT advice or a promotion.
