South Hamilton's State Championship 4x400 team will be competing in the New Balance Outdoor National Track Meet this upcoming Sunday at Franklin Field on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

The team of Ty Koehnk, Reece Ricke, Nick Severseike and Kolby Hodnefield are the only team from Iowa in the 4x400 field.

One quote that stuck out to me yesterday was from Nick Severseike (@NickSeverseike), who hit a big kick on the home stretch of the 3rd leg to keep South Hamilton in front in the 4x400

Was always told the 4x400 is the Guts Race, it was quite literal yesterday.
