Under Joe Biden, @ACFHHS was forced to send "Learing Centers" a steady stream of taxpayer dollars with no accountability.

Nationwide, we have a shortage of foster homes relative to the number of children in foster care.

Multiple factors contribute to this shortage, including excessive federal red tape, barriers to foster family recruitment, licensing, and retention, as well as a lack of resources for foster parents.

The good news: these factors can be addressed within any state as they work to improve the ratio of homes to kids and achieve A Home for Every Child.

The order was from 2012.

Fourteen years. A judge said he had to leave, and the United States government simply didn't get around to it until now. There's no villain in that story except a system where nobody is responsible for seeing a lawful order through.
