Vice-Chair Solihull and Meriden Labour Party, former Councillor and parliamentary candidate. Long suffering BCFC season ticket holder and Warwickshire member.
@TheColinKee@TheBarmyArmy When he did deign to finally play a county match for Warwickshire last year after coming back from messing about in India he failed miserably and showed he was unprepared.
@MichaelVaughan Definitely Sir Alistair Cook’s side. I don’t know why Warwickshire keep his registration if he doesn’t want to play for us. There’s so much more to cricket than making loads of money - he’s well paid anyway as a centrally contracted player. He needs to be playing not smooching.
@shekhar08908695@KP24 You are probably correct, but developing as a good cricketer should be much more than getting a lot of money. As an England central contact player Bethell would already be very well played, and experience playing is what he needs.
@KP24 Utter tosh, and you have no evidence to back up such a claim. When Bethell did deign to turn out for Warwickshire last year he failed miserably. It showed he needed much more time out in the middle rather than sitting round counting his bank balance.
@Michael90254899 The 2 child cap was removed when finances allowed, pensioners have had decent rises (more than some workers), and we need a fair immigration service. You may need reminding we’ve improved workers rights, renationalised the railways and sanctioned some Israeli ministers.
@Michael90254899@zarahsultana It shouldn’t be too difficult for you to understand. I am a democratic socialist, the Labour Party is a democratic socialist party (as stated on our membership cards and our constitution) and I have been and will continue to be a member to work for a fairer society.
@KingGary1234 Always questionable how you define a “big” club. Newcastle think they’re a big club, but in terms of trophies won in the last 30 years they are on a par with Villa and Blues. Sheffield Wednesday have won nowt since 1991.
@SaulStaniforth@zarahsultana She’s a disgrace, and was rightly kicked out. She voted that MPs switching parties should face a by-election, but not it seems when it applies to her. She has no principles at all, just a pure exhibitionist.
@zarahsultana You really are a disgrace. You voted in Parliament for an MP switching parties to hold a by-election, but when you change parties you refuse to hold a by-election. You were elected as a Labour MP, but have no political principles at all, just a pure exhibitionist.
@StuartofLeeds@Zokko18@bbcquestiontime I couldn't agree more, which is why I chose not to watch last night's episode.
People like Tom Skinner and Joey Barton do nothing to improve a programme like question time.
@ichoosemag@BenjaminOCall Richard Parker had to finish the job, just as he did with the new stations in Birmingham, which were way over the timetable when he was Mayor.
