@onepeloton Thanks for the response! I don’t see any info in there about resuming programs you didn’t stay on track with. If programs are only possible to do if you stay exactly on schedule, it would be an awesome feature to have even more flexibility.

@CharlesSchwab Hi! I am a USAA->Schwab customer. When creating credentials, it gives me an error that "Your account has not been activated". I tried calling but was on hold for 2 hours and the call disconnected. Any way to resolve this not by phone?

@USAA_help Thank you so much for checking! I haven’t had a chance to try calling back yet. I figured call volumes would be high for this week so I figured I would try again at the start of next week. I’m not in a super big rush. Thank you for your help!

@CharlesSchwab Thanks for the response! I certainly understand things are busy. The number you mentioned was the number I called and wasn't able to get through to. Perhaps I can try calling later this week or early next week if the call volumes will decrease.

@USAA_help Thanks for the response! I did start working through the transition hub steps. When I go to "Set Up Schwab Login" I try to create new credentials but get the following error message, which is what led to me trying to call earlier.
