In my city of Stamford CT one priest who likes division in the church recently wrote a scathing article for the parish bulletin about how Fairfield Prep,in his opinion, is teaching young men dogma that is contrary to the teachings of the church.

A letter condemning Fairfield Prep appearing in Stamford's Basilica of St. John's Bulletin is a disgrace to our Catholic faith and puts all the priest of the @Diobpt in an unfavorable light. We should no longer tolerate the concept that "bad priests" are better than no priests.

On Mothers Day I always think of the fond memories I have of my mother who died 22 years ago at the age of 91. She was a lovely and loving woman and had a great devotion to the Blessed Mother. I was her only son of five children. She liked me the best I'm sure.
