Not great at this X so apologies. Today I went to watch @HenleyHawks 3rds play @bracknellrugby 4ths, the ref from @berksrugbyrefs was a young lady, I believe 17, she was fabulous, well done YOU. Keep pushing this @RFU @RedRosesRugby @WorldRugby 🏉

Dear Morgs, @morganmac99 we are so blessed to hear you are in a better place. You are a fighter brother, as is your precious heart. We can’t imagine what you have been through and what you are currently experiencing.

Not professing to be a rugby coach, but how Zach Mercer isn’t deemed good enough to play in that pack is 💩.

And a final thought today from Gemma, for those who are sometimes tempted to see sport as merely about pounds & pence.

[Wooden Spoon @charityspoon]

This weekend a Wooden Spoon vets team took on @BraveMind14 at #VetsFest22 🏉

We may be playing against them on the pitch, but off the pitch we’re very proud to be working with @BraveMind14 to help more children & young people access mental health care 🧠
