@AmericanAir lost one of my bags and then proceeded to be incredibly rude abt it. Being a loyal card member w status doesn’t get you much with them. Terrible service.
@Zoom I downgraded my account and it didn’t go through. Your support team is continuing to bill me over $1200 a month on a service I’m not using. Then I just got hung up on by your support. I hope you make this right asap.
