No one from @verizon will reply to me because why would they but I'll just say never get #verizon they will charge for nothing and cannot resolve any customer service issues. I was essentially lied to on the phone by their customer service agents multiple times. NEVER GET VERIZON

@Verizon is a scam company, I canceled my service and have been being charged including late fees for a service I no longer use. If you call customer service no one will help or even be able to find out what's happening their company is a black box, probably intentionally so.
