...& still no sign of dispatch for our 6th Dec order on pre Xmas delivery. Not a very Merry Xmas for lots of other customers, too, looking at comments online. Only contact option is email with a 3-5 day “estimated” response time, what bad customer service. So disappointed 🙁

@DualitLtd is this genuinely your idea of two copper items in the classic range? Your phone customer services explained they’re not sold to match. This kettle is gold, it’s not even close to ‘variation’! So disappointed in spending all that money. Not recommended.
