The multinational or domestic laundering of illicit cocaine revenue through casinos is analogous to the simplicity of a 1, 4, 5 song form in music. Cocaine money launderer A 'loses' cocaine revenue at casino A, in country A. Cocaine money launderer B 'wins' the cocaine revenue less a transaction fee, at casino B, in country B. This cocaine money laundering could also occur intra-casino, and would likely involve VIP high roller gambling facilities.

I predicted years ago that casinos could be leveraged to transact illicit cocaine. Fixed "losses" and "wins" could represent delayed criminal bank transactions of illicit cocaine revenue and also transcend jurisdictions. A multinational casino could receive illicit cocaine revenue in one country in the form of losses and transact it to a cartel in another country in the form of rigged wins.
