@R1ckyb0bby38@KateTigs_@DadOfCade Not how that works here man, club sports are literally just normal kids that go to high school then practice 3-4 times a week after school for a couple hours. They still have normal kid lives and obligations. That’s why it gets brought up so often.
@Benno5891@MrKnesss@piersmorgan@grok Buddy, you weren’t alive last time they won. England has 3 - top 5 finishes in 76 years. If they were so superior to the USA they wouldn’t be losing group games to them, and certainly made more than 1 championship. You guys are barely mid at a sport claiming to be superior in.
@R1ckyb0bby38@KateTigs_@DadOfCade Multi million dollar paycheck? The average mls player makes less than 400k, others 100k. Most youth clubs here have great facilities, they are still HIGH SCHOOL FRESHMAN beating eventual World Cup champs. Either this is extreme ignorance or you are being intentionally obtuse.
@R1ckyb0bby38@KateTigs_@DadOfCade U15, meaning that majority of them were likely 14.
There is no reasonable explanation that a bunch of high school freshman should have even been close to the eventual woman’s World Cup champions.
@KateTigs_@DadOfCade No it simply reinforces that professional women, lost to a bunch of boys that had barely hit puberty, and not even begun to reach their athletic prime.
@piersmorgan Born - 1965

@stoolpresidente not sure this is something he should be bragging about….
@AnnBaptist Can someone explain to me how other countries fans think that Trump simply asking for a review, with no other threats or ultimatums, is somehow intervening.
The serious lack of common sense today is baffling.
@AdamKinzinger Being upset about the leader of the United States, defending the United States, says a lot about the absolute lack of common sense in this country currently.
So to recap what happened with the USMNT:
• Balogun received a bogus red card
• VAR protocol isn't followed (no slow-mo)
• Trump calls Infantino to ask about the process
• US Soccer lawyers preapre & submit an appeal
FIFA's independent 18-person disciplinary committee then met, approved the appeal, and told Balogun he could play in Monday's match against Belgium.
That's what everyone is complaining about?
All rules were followed, and that same process is open to every other country. The only difference is everyone knows the red card was a mistake to begin with.
oh man, the europeans, who kept their mouths shut as qatar built soccer stadiums with slave labor, are super mad over a questionable red card being overturned
@JSB_TV@USMNT Or perhaps they are grateful that one of their best players had the backing and support of their country and its leader in one of the world’s largest and most publicized contests.
Thinking otherwise just exposes the fact your common sense/patriotism has been broken by politics.
@HITCSevens@IHateGoogleFi@ZangetsuHashira You got receipts being upset about that too, or you just hate America considering VAR never followed protocol, Messi’s was way more egregious, and Cape Verde has a literal rapist on their squad…..
