@airtransat In London and going to France today via travel package purchased through @airtransat. Took 5 hours to get through to you and told it will cost us $5000 more to leave from London instead of Paris. This is clearly not flexible or helpful.

@Eurostar @Eurostar thank you for your response. I have sent a DM. Prior to train tickets being booked, early train departure request made via @airtransat who disregarded request - extremely unhelpful. Seeing @PSG_English is the highlight of this trip for my 11 year old-son. Help!

@eurostar our tour operator @airtransat just informed me that train ticket to Paris scheduled too late for us to make our @PSG_English game in March ....my 11 yr old's FAV team. Tickets were a big Christmas gift.I requested an early morning train departure over a month ago. Help!
