I think Travis is going to do a very good job as Sephiroth, I think people make a lot of assumptions based on one line in the trailer. However, I do believe that a huge part of Sephiroth's terrifying presence lies in the unpredictability of his calm and soft-spoken demeanour.

Sorry to say but the new VA sounds wayyyyyyyy better than what Tyler was doing lol. Tyler's work for Sephiroth always felt soft spoken and not intimidating as what Sephiroth should be. Travis Willingham's VA work here already sounds miles better, and a lot more intimidating
