@WalesOnline It will take many years for the new name to be used by the majority in Wales, & for non Welsh speaking people elsewhere in the UK then it may never happen, so he is quite right most people will not use the new name. Even so, he should keep his own opinion to himself!

@Kevin_Maguire @back_the_BBC I agree there is an increased cost to showing live football games, and it is reasonable to increase your prices slightly to try to cover this, but £5 for a half pint is excessive in my opinion. I’m surprised they have any Customers at all at those prices.

@skjones505 @BorisJohnson Who says said they didn’t work? The reason we are being asked to take the booster jab is because it does offer much higher protection. The restrictions are intended as a way of slowing the spread of the virus so we can all get the booster jab - very sensible in my opinion!

#BBCYourQuestions - How is it that covid passes are required for cinemas & theatres but not for pubs where people will be packed in like sardines in a tin in the run up to Christmas? Surely further restrictions are required for pubs? This policy makes no sense at all.
