Am I the only Heat fan that believes in Davion Mitchell as our PG?? He is very efficient, makes winning plays, drives down hill, and one of the best point of attack defenders in the nba. And only making 12 million. What more could you ask for???
Nice changes to a massive inside takeaway with of of my guys James
You'll see in the "before" video, James would shoot his hands OUT & away from his body, forcing the club excessively inside & behind him. The momentum of this movement would cause the club to get too far across the line & create an excessive over the top movement, late shallowing & he'd get the club stuck behind & hit block cuts
Now, the takeaway is less inside & the momentum of the club now allows him to set the club more down the line at the top, reducing the chances of the club getting stuck behind him
I don't mind the little over the top hand path & steeper shaft in transition (relative to P3 - lead arm parallel in the downswing)
Still work to do & to perform at speed, but we are getting better!
If you'd like to finally improve your game, DM me & we can chat about coaching options for you 👊
PORTAL TIP:
If you have a 7+ ERA, more walks then IP, less K’s then IP, and a WHIP over 2.0…you don’t need to hit the TRANSFER PORTAL, you need to be BETTER at baseball.
Maybe it’s not the arrow, it’s the Indian.

I love Miami summers.
Tourist stop coming. Locals head north. Limited traffic. Eat at any restaurant. Discounts everywhere. No lines.
Heat sucks, but worth it.
For someone who has been a coach for over 2 decades…
For someone who played the game and has their number retired…
He has no feel for the game, he is the problem and has been for a very long time.
Almost 20 years as the pitching coach, and pitching/bullpen has been the problem for 20+ years.
I know he’s got “friends”, but this isn’t about friendship. This is about the program, and it’s time for some fresh blood to come in and revamp the program.
Robby Snelling in AAA this season: 1.86 ERA, 2.90 FIP, 13.66 K/9 and 4.66 BB/9 in 29.0 innings pitched.
Braxton Garrett: 1.71 ERA, 4.55 FIP, 8.89 K/9 and 4.10 BB/9 in 26.1 innings pitched.
Nothing left to prove

The Heat’s 2025 all star and their 2026 all star cant play together.
Played 200 minutes together in the regular season and it went so bad that Spo hasnt played them together for a single second tonight.
If they lose, seems like top of priority list to figure out who stays
I’m all for people not losing money, but this just sets a horrible precedent. Every time a home run gets robbed you’re now going to have people crying for refunds.
A lot of sports bettors are gigantic babies. If you give them an inch, they’re going to start asking for a mile.
