Scaling brands to millions of downloads and users.
Now exploring the next gen of marketing (AI automation & content agents) while keeping my soul intact.
@LEC360@CrimsonDesert_ The fighting is incredible. Itβs so free form, gives you so many options. Another poster said some people just want interactive story hand hold them, give them structure. I want a chaotic sandbox where I create my own structure. If I want story, Iβll read a book or watch a film.
@contentanirban@Codie_Sanchez Nobody said they were stealing their money.
The system is designed to feed the wealthy while making normal people emotionally psychologically enslaved to the system.
We need to reject modern materialism because the chain that holds us captive is our desire for stuff.
@ItsKieranDrew Iteration without a constant feedback loop of qualatative and quantative data from the end user leads to unvetted changes and wasted resources.
Instead your iterations should always be based feedback from end users to constanlty evolve toward tighter product/market fit.
@Lovandfear Modern marketing's a war against contentment.
Content people do not spend much money.
Marketing feeds discontentment.
That infects all areas of your life, including your relationships, by design.
Divorces make businesses more money than happy marriages, after all.
@lydiakibet67 Hi Lydia.
A great post but I think this ecapsulates perfectly the modern entitlist thinking:
It's self centered "Creating YOUR dream life."
Entreprenurship is about solving people's problems profitably. It about creating THEIR Dream Life.
Your dream life is just a by-product.
@Vennylion@99Majik H Venny.
Purpose always comes from people. What group of people do you want to serve? What group of people do you feel an exceptional connection to?
Once found, find a specific problem they have and solve it with your skills.
Donβt chase skills.
Donβt chase passions.
Chase people you care aboutβthen build the skills that help them.
Passion grows. Skills stack. But purpose?
Purpose is who youβre willing to suffer for.
Start there.
@Somi_1054 Hi Somi.
I've said this for years, but a smartphone is a content creation powerhouse. Nearly every perosn on the planet has a tool that can make millions in thier pocket.
The problem isn't tools/knowledge. It's a willingness to focus on one direction and embrace discomfort.
@TayybaSaqlain Hi Tayyba. It's been too long! Hope you are good!
To succeed (whatever that is to you) is to embrace discomfort.
Resistance is the path. When something feels difficult the discomfort is a signal to keep on going.
That you are pushing beyond yourself.
@manoj_surya_ Hell yes, to this Manoj.
I think by the time you've lived life enough, you realise most young people are playing the wrong game without ever realising they are in a game.
it's the greatest feeling every to step away from the constant materialist consumption and chatter.
@charlesmore25 Hi Charles.
One thing i was taught by a mentor:
The only opinion that ever matters is your future self's opinon.
And you want that future self to look back at you right now and feel superior than you in every way.
@dumbtwt7 @dumbtwt7
Social media, ex, has made us obsessed with things. With owning the best phone/car/house.
None of that makes us really happy.
Businesses want us to be miserable, feel insufficent, not content with our lives.
Because missery drives sales.
