Like yeah it wins a microinteraction or maybe sets up advantage state at best but the game doesn't end there and it's not a hard read if it's the best neutral option 86% of the time. Unfortunately the Falco player is going to be physically and psychologically okay

Falco mains probably deserve it but something that annoys me on Slippi is the Performative Laser Powershield. Powershielding is in general beneficial but players love to sit and wait for you to Laser because they think deflecting it is gonna kill your parents and ruin your life

@royceybrackets BOTW is legit still arguably one of the best games of the century and somehow every subsequent game aping it understood little to none about what made it good in the first place. All of the open world and none of the dynamic difficulty curve or groundbreaking physics gameplay

@Werewolf_Monkey @CaptainClaood Absolutely hated the collectible tokens. Half of them required backtracking or frequent level restarts because they require a precision that's just not that reasonable given the gameplay

Like maybe it deserved the Game of the Year and it definitely could have but I get confused watching the gameplay because I'm like "yeah I think I've played this level in a SpongeBob game"

Probably a cynical way to view games but I do want to hateplay Astro Bot. It won GOTY and I feel like I've played a hundred Mario and non-Mario platformers that would feel the exact same with cooler level design. Like what if it won because Mario Sunshine's not mainstream enough

Anyone else get the 5+ minute cult ad about Ethiopian Christianity possessing forbidden Bible verses that expose the Nephilim hidden amongst humanity with AI generated LEGO minifigs featuring their copyrighted IPs on YouTube or do I just block too many of the "normal" ads

I'm more attached to Skyward Sword purely out of nostalgia but I'm not ashamed to admit this game is far superior and the definitive Wii Zelda experience despite being a GameCube title first.
