#Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is quietly having one of his best seasons.
Jackson has 8 TDs to only 1 INT this season for the 3-1 Ravens, and he's still leading the NFL in rushing among QBs with 220.
His completion % is career high 74.3, his career % was 63.7 prior to this season.
He has completed at least 70% of his passes each game this season, the only QB in the league to do so.
The new offense under OC Todd Monken is working out.

@tempebarstool Ray being late to join the big 12 almost missing our chance + All our sports perinally declining under his watch for the past 5 years and killing the morale of the biggest revenue college sport after hiring a new coach isn’t enough of a reason to fire an AD I don’t know what is
No, Lamar Jackson is not being “greedy.” He is not injury-prone. He’s not a running back. He’s a unanimous MVP QB, who led the NFL in touchdown passes despite lesser WR talent and an OC that didn’t develop a passing attack. He has a 45-16 record as a starter and scares opposing defenses. He has every right to seek the value he feels he deserves.
No, the Ravens aren’t “insulting” or “disrespecting” Lamar with their offers. They aren’t “sabotaging” him with a franchise tag. We all knew the tag was coming if no deal was struck. If losing organizations don’t even reach out to attempt to sign a winning QB next week (I still have my doubts), then we know why they’re losing organizations. Ravens don’t control that. They have every right to offer what they feel his value is to the team.
Both Lamar and Baltimore have been independently successful in football before they came together, and no doubt, they would both eventually be successful independently again if they don’t strike a deal. But I’m rooting that they do, because I think great things could happen. I’ll just have to wait and see.
In the meantime, both Lamar and the Ravens are aptly playing the role of shrewd negotiators. As they should. There’s really no need to demonize either side.
We don’t often cover golf, but when we do, it’s the Waste Management Open.
If you’ve never watched, it’s “what if Arizona State tailgated a major pro golf tournament.”
Talk to anyone around Louisville basketball over the last decade and they’ll tell you Terry Rozier had the roughest background of anyone they ever recruited and worked harder than any player they ever had once he got here. Dude deserves every penny.
Aaron Rodgers is looking to join elite company this season.
Fewest INT in NFL history for QB with 40+ Pass TD
Aaron Rodgers: 5 (2020)
Aaron Rodgers: 6 (2011)
Aaron Rodgers: 7 (2016)
