Physical assaults, threats and harassment are some examples of the daily abuse faced by ambulance staff in the UK from patients they are trying to help.

UK ambulance services now suffer the highest rate of violence ever recorded.

OMG. WOW. What can I say. This trophy has to be one of the best I’ve been in bed with 😂😂 From the sheer turmoil of not winning a game in the first 8 weeks of the Premier League, to then winning 3 on the night and claiming night 9 in Berlin. What an amazing feeling. I’m so proud I showed grit and determination and I never once gave in. It’s always a great feeling when you bounce back off the canvas and the sweet taste this has left gives me massive confidence pushing forward.

I’d like to thank my family (Keila, Toby & Theo) who have been inspiring me to keep believing even when things go wrong.

No child should ever go to training and not return home, what has happened in Kendal is absolutely heartbreaking. A tragedy on an unimaginable scale causing the death of one child and seriously injuring another. As a result of this tragic incident we are encouraging all teams this weekend to observe a moments silence before their games.

To the helmet that walked on my drive way at 3.26am this morning and looked into my car. You was very lucky I was in the shower when the alarm went off on my phone to let me know someone was on the drive, I have you on several cameras on my house & also have you on a camera at the next road down on my friends house that we can see where you have gone.
