@Swim_England really disappointed that the login details were not emailed to me for today’s 13-14 year old butterfly webinar as part of their sharing success programme. Despite numerous attempts to contact you I have heard nothing. I have no details for tomorrow’s webinar either

Ok so after sneaking a couple of races in after I thought I had wrapped up my season just had a lovely 2 week break from training and racing! Back to training today with a run session- nice to get the cobwebs blown and to get back on it!! 2020- I’m coming for you!!

Well that’s a wrap for this years triathlon season with my last race at Box End in Bedford today, great swim and bike and a few surprises on the run! Second half of the season much better than the first! Now time to prepare for next year!!
