AFFIRM: I am feeling calm, peaceful, and content because I am living in the present moment. I am in control of my emotions, thoughts, and reactions. I can turn anxiety and obsessive thoughts into positive, intentional ones. I see the good in all things.
Some days: I wake up early, make my smoothie, and do my stretches.
Other days: I sleep in, eat a whole box of crackers in one sitting, and spray vegan whipped cream straight into my mouth from the can because why not?
