@ASOS URGENT Evri delivered my parcel yesterday but I wasn’t in so they placed it in the bin. Bin collection was today and by the time I got back they took the bin therefore my parcels along with it. I can’t get in touch with Evri

Feel so sorry for all the retailers that have used Hermes recently. If it’s true what I have read & they’ve lost thousands of packages due to a ‘labelling error’, not only have these companies lost tons of stock, they are picking up the backlash from angry customers.
