@greateranglia Can i ask? i have been asking this for 5 weeks or so and no one advised. Cust service kept telling me to delet and reinstall app. Why has no one mentioned this - but the ticket office knew?
@greateranglia can you explain why i still have no option to load tickets to phone anymore and has to be collected at station or added to smart card. App deleted & reloaded x2. Was assured it was a known issue to be fixed before xmas ?? v painful
@greateranglia I just spoke to the ticket office- aparantly the app gives me a travel card as the best choice and that cannot be given a QR code or loaded to phone. it’s been like that since nationalisation. Is that correct?

@greateranglia after a day of phone calls and after this thread -it was confirmed not to uninstall and reinstall -but there is a fatal issue in the app? Why is this not on the front page of the website? why was i advised no issues your end. It’s really not great. confirmed by customer services
