@nationalrailenq I have complained in the strongest terms about the dog policy on replacement buses. 6 hours to get from London to Stafford - truly awful especially as 4 hours were spent in the freezing cold.

@nationalrailenq just waited 3 hours for a rail replacement bus from Nuneaton to Stafford only to be told we can't go on it because we have a dog - guide dogs only - really network rail...

@nationalrailenq Taxis won't take us either - refusal after refusal and I'm quite sure I will not be reimbursed £85 fare

@nationalrailenq I most certainly will lodge a complaint - your staff saw us waiting for 3 hours in the cold and never even mentioned we might not be able to get on the bus - not that an alternative was available to us
