Prayer for Mercy:
Merciful Father, on this Mercy Tuesday I come before You asking for mercy and protection.
Lord, surround me with Your presence. Be a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night over my life and my household. Let Your angels stand guard around me and my loved ones wherever we go.
Protect me from hidden dangers and from enemies who present themselves as friends. Preserve me from betrayal, deception, evil intentions, and every trap set in secret. Let no harm come to me through what I eat, drink, receive, or encounter.
Keep my home, my work, my journey, and my relationships under the shadow of your wings.
Under Your protection, I will not be afraid. Amen

PRAYER FOR AN IMPOSSIBLE REQUEST

Almighty God,
You who split seas, raised the dead, and called light out of nothing,
I come to You with a request that humanly speaking is already dead.I ask for the impossible!
Not because I doubt Your power, but because I have run out of every other door.This thing before me is sealed, finished, laughed at, declared irreversible.
Men say it cannot be.
Time says it’s too late.
Logic says it’s absurd.But You are not bound by any of those courts.
So I stand here, small, bruised, probably foolish,
and I ask You to do what only You can do:
override reality as men know it,
break the decree that has already been written,
and give me this one thing I dare not even speak aloud to most people.
Not for my glory.
Not so I can say I was right.
Only because without this, a part of me or someone I love, will lose it.
Lord of the eleventh hour, God of the closed tomb,
King who answers before we call,
do it anyway.
Do the thing that cannot be done!
Show Yourself strong where every expert has already walked away.
I have every reason to trust You can.
