Maybe the top example of why you should critically analyze anything the U.S Federal government tells you is that for over 30 years it recommended that you eat 6-11 servings of grains, rice or pasta daily.
The four biggest reasons we are doomed as a society:
1. Sports betting
2. Savannah Bananas
3. Harold Baines HOF deniers
4. People with attention spans like this ๐
@Ihartitz his floor is 1B 3rd down ppr back with juice (think Sproles with better route/catch with hands skills).
His ceiling if he improves inside run vision (converted QB is still learning) is quite high.
Especially if you don't need a SF QB. Besides the depth of the draft, there will be how many QBs drafted in the first 2 rounds next season? That will push a lot of quality skill position talent to this range.
Late 2's and early 3's of the '27 draft should be acquired IMO.
Everyone focuses on the 1s, but with the depth of the draft, focus on those cheaper acquisitions.
4th quarter passer rating is an interesting stat.
Half I'm really good, half I was down by 14 and feasting underneath against two-high cover-4 or whatever.
Highest passer rating in the 4th quarter over the last 2 seasons...
1. Jayden Daniels - 116.9
2. Lamar Jackson - 115.5
3. Matthew Stafford - 112.6
4. Josh Allen - 105.9
5. Jalen Hurts - 101.4
6. Joe Burrow - 101.4
Philip Rivers may have at least an entertaining argument here, although that's a unique scenario starting hot in this stat, having everything fall apart around him under crap ownership and coaching, and then having to throw 50/50 jump balls down by 10 in the 4th for over half a decade.
@SuperrNova38 Bagent is a nice stash IMO. If something unfortunate were to happen to Caleb, obviously ๐๐, but he will also be the subject of trade rumors again this offseason.
Not saying Beck is Love, but...Brissett is a journeyman game manager who is holding out (?) ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ.
Anyway, maybe eye Arizona (baby LaFleur) as the "we want to be" Green Bay thing. And maybe eye the Arizona RB room as a natural option for the older LaFleur to ask about.
A hunch.
Just a hunch...but considering the Cardinals just hired Mike LaFleur (younger brother of Matt LaFleur) as head coach this offseason and invested the 3rd overall pick in Jeremiah Love...maybe consider the following:
