Looking for advice and help please 🙏🏻 . Our farming neighbour has a right of access on our drive to access two of their fields, and following slurry application with a rear discharge spreader today (rather than a slurry tanker) our drive has been left in this state.

They won’t communicate, so at a loss what to do. @EnvAgency hotline called but could not help, as not contaminating a water course and on private property. Is this an acceptable state to leave it?!?! @shropshireben
