@Bozzuto can you provide an update on when the elevator at Halstead Square Apartments Lofts & Lotus will be repaired? It has been out since January. Given the length of the outage, are there any concessions or other accommodations being considered for residents affected?

@united UA6010. That’s the last flight but 2 others were delayed. Why do you partner with @AirCanada, when they are not reputable and always late? Those are words from a United rep at LGA
@united, my flights were booked through your airline, including connecting flights on @AirCanada. The first @AirCanada flight was late so I missed the flight home. I was put on another @AirCanada flight but now it’s running late, therefore I’ll probably miss the connecting flight
@AirCanada your delayed flights caused me and about 30 people to miss the connecting flight, after promising us we would not miss it. The door for the plane was open but we were denied entry! WTF???!!
@freshly Help isn’t on the way when the order is so late that the food is deemed not safe to eat. How about investing in reliable carriers? I’m canceling my service since y’all are on that bullshit. Thanks for wasting my time!!
@freshly why ask customers to pick a delivery date when you can’t commit to it? 2-3 times my orders have been late. Stop trying to save a buck by picking unreliable carriers at the expense of the customer 🤬🖕
