@sainsburys received an Email saying payment for renewal of Delivery Pass couldn't be made. Updated card details as requested (exactly the same details already exist!) and still showing as no card available to take payment. Help please!

@sainsburys yet again my Nectar card has been un-linked from my Sainsbury's online shopping account (this last happened on 31 August and is a regular occurrence). It us SO frustrating. What can be done to stop it?

@sainsburys just taken delivery of my online order and the big amend I did yesterday (well prior to the cut off time) hasn't happened. Over Β£30 of items missing as well as things not wanted! How can I find out what has happened please? TIA.
