@AmazonUK a toy microphone we bought off Amazon for our daughter at Christmas has fallen apart and as it’s outside of the 30 days Amazon is making it impossible to return! We have contacted customer services and had a reply to say we can return it but no method of how to do so!

@RandoxOfficial it has been almost 2 months since we requested a refund for PCR tests that were no longer required yet one of your competitors refunded our lateral flow tests the same day we contacted them. Your call centre is a waste of time as they can’t help. Very disappointed
