Most people know what they want to improve in their lives. Health, focus, productivity, personal growth. The challenge is rarely knowledge. The challenge is consistency.

Consistency is not about pressure or pushing yourself harder. It grows when your mind begins to expect steady forward movement.
That’s why I created this Consistency Sleep Meditation.
