A small fracture to my finger meant a visit to the hospital where my dad died 10yrs ago this week, I also have a chest infection and my period...I went alone today & couldn't think of anyone I could call to cheer me up while I waited. So I sat and cried, just wanting to go home.

@poweredbynatch @AvivaUK I literally came here for this, Rendell & Rittner took over our block 2yrs ago & continuously ask for huge amounts of money, via solicitors I might add, but never answer the phone or your queries. Our block have now begun proceedings using an ombudsman. 🙄
