This is very wrong where I have been given floating rate when It comes to increase the rate of interest but when RBI now have cut the rate ...my decrease rate is not reflected to my account please do the needful full

@tatacapital you increase your interest rate on loan but when it comes to decrease when there is a rate cut no automatic updates are done. Even my loan is on floating rate..this is malpractice to earn profit
