@rainSouthAfrica I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I sent you my number but I didn't receive feedback. I've now cancelled my sim and I will probably have to pay another R479 at month end for a service I can't use. I want to support you, but this service is poor.

@rainSouthAfrica On 29 July, I activated a sim card and paid R479. 2 days later my sim card still doesn't work even though its active on your site. I've logged a support ticket, no reply as of yet. Tomorrow you are going to bill me again for a service I can't use? #NotAGoodStart
