@gabrielvaldivia My personal yearly calendar is what I call a vertical calendar. I can see the whole year just scrolling, while maximizing the ability to visualize and remember the next few weeks at a glance to avoid overlapping plans.
@uxkosta Also Deep Research helps me find case studies of existing solutions to the problem in minutes to benchmark similar ideas that have been tested and build a strong business case. Super useful for validating ideas fast.
@uxkosta That speed and quality combo has completely reshaped how I approach early-stage product development. What used to take weeks now takes days, and I can validate ideas with real users much sooner. It’s like having a designer-programmer team that trully understands product thinking
@lautidev_ Yo soy diseñador y dev e hice algunos proyectos personales. Lo difícil es saber qué ideas valen la pena y cuales es mejor que queden en la nada. Si vale la pena, el diseño es lo de menos, no debería ser una traba. Mandame DM si sos dev y querés hacer cosas, capaz te puedo ayudar.
In the last 6 years, we’ve paid $5.3 million in profit sharing to the ConvertKit team.
While most companies hope to return money to shareholders in a moonshot acquisition, we’ve created a unique model to help our team think like owners.
Here’s how our compensation model works:
@danylpo Bonus: When the results are ambiguos sometimes it happens that there are good things in Option A and B and the right answer is to make an additional iteration designing Option C out of them and validate it again with 5 users. Conclusions should be very clear to proceed.
@danylpo It seems that you presented both alternatives to 10 users and asked them what they preferred? I would have tested Option A with 5 users, and Option B with other 5 users. Observe what users do rather than what they say, and gather the previously mentioned metrics to decide [2/2]
@BrettFromDJ For example: I'd love to hear how you would launch a productized Q/A Testing service. Not so popular, but maybe more plausible for some followers and useful for your current customers.
@BrettFromDJ You are right, but my point is that you created a model that is so good in so many levels that it would be impossible to achieve similar results in development, but maybe possible in some other areas.
@BrettFromDJ However it is amazing, your vision and execution in Business/Design deserve a prize.
I wonder if it can be applied to other areas such as Copywriting, Data, Growth.
@BrettFromDJ What you've uncovered with DesignJoy is an incredible opportunity for designers, but it just won't work on dev.
A super senior UI/Branding Designer building valuable designs on top of templates to deliver requirements in minutes is not something that can replicated on dev.
