We just created the first ever real-time multiplayer story with H3 Max.
Until now, you could generate videos, livestream them, and experience them with friends.
Now, you can step inside the story—together.
One or more players can control the actions of one or more characters simultaneously. Those characters then interact with each other in real time, creating a story that no single person controls and no one can fully predict.
It’s not just watching a story.
It’s not just playing a character.
It’s building a living world with other people—as it unfolds.
Welcome to multiplayer storytelling.
Why are you still overpaying for AI video @sequencermedia lets you create and edit videos for 40% less than Runway or Higgsfield.
40%. Less.
Let that sink in.
So many platforms promoting that "creating AI content/microdramas/shows etc" is/will be an incredibly lucrative opportunity. We see the OPPOSITE. Every social media is flooded with content and the teams that are successfully monetizing are actually selling courses on how to make AI content or promoting a platform. Yes, even those that have 500k followers.
Maybe 5% of all AI creators are actually making real money and that's also because they got there early, partnered with models or platforms that are giving them a ton of free credits, and were given lots of exposure.
Stop promoting get-rich-quick schemes to get more users pls
With Sequencer, we’re launching new interactive experiences that help people learn about and enjoy the world around them.
Introducing Augmented Worlds: a way to explore locations, cities, and countries through interactive AR experiences.
For this demo, I chose my hometown: Buenos Aires 🇦🇷
Tap on landmarks to discover their history, or simply wander through the city in 3D, right from your phone.
A new way to explore places you love—and discover places you’ve never been.
Today we are launching @sequencermedia Microdramas 🎬
Turn your script into a vertical series. Reuse the same characters and locations across episodes, and quickly produce more stories at volume.
Microdramas are booming. In the U.S. alone, short drama apps generated nearly $350 million in in-app revenue in Q1 2025, according to Sensor Tower.
But every series starts with a story worth telling.
Our goal is to give creators with a strong script the tools to bring it to life—from the first scene to a full season, with consistent characters and settings throughout.
We’re excited to see what you create.

https://t.co/TXf3KIPuqf filed for Chapter 11 yesterday. Once valued at $1 billion, it had the head start most founders dream of, BUT what happened?
1) Leadership lacked commitment to building an independent company: First, co-founder and CEO Noam Shazeer left for Google with co-founder Daniel De Freitas and research colleagues. Later, CEO Anand left for Disney. Whatever the individual reasons, the pattern speaks for itself: the people at the top kept moving on while the company still needed a durable future.
2) They failed to build a scalable, sustainable business around valuable technology. Google paid billions for a licensing deal. Disney is now proposing another IP deal. There was clearly something worth buying. But turning that technology into a repeatable business serving other companies never became the defining story. Monetizing pieces of your IP is not the same as building a company that lasts.
3) Better models became a substitute for a compelling product strategy. The opportunity was enormous: characters people could play with, create with and experience in entirely new ways. The question SHOULDN'T have been just “How do we make the model better?” but rahter “What can people do here that they can’t do anywhere else?”
4) The core experience didn’t evolve enough.
In my view, there was no significant transformation of the core experience to match the progress happening across interactive media. Their website looks almost the same today as it did two years ago. They had the advantage of being early and failed to turn it into a lasting lead.
First to market doesn’t guarantee success. A billion-dollar valuation doesn’t either.
