A great pleasure to witness good progress of the ongoing #TeamEurope-funded construction of Hanoi Metro Line 3’s underground section – a flagship #GlobalGateway project in Vietnam that significantly contributes to Vietnam’s development of smart urban mobility infrastructures, and a green carbon-neutral future for all.
