@Clicks_SA called olivedale 16x in an hour. It was urgent. They had original antibiotic script but no stock at any Clicks. (Phoned them all). So I needed original to get to private pharmacy before close. 16 times. Finally got there....took 25 min to find script.

(2) couldn't get to independent on time. If olivedale answered one of 16 calls, would have located before I got there. The excuse....busy. 16 calls in an hour. For emergency. No apology. Just angry at me for expecting an answer. My son son now waits another day for urgent meds
