Nato a Roma e reclutato da Olivetti a Columbia University, Tchou predica sviluppo per la tecnologia italiana fuori dall'egemonia Usa e la sua morte azzera i sogni di Silicon Valley tricolore, relegando il nostro paese alle rugginose catene di montaggio. Da allora molti sospettano le spie di Washington per la morte di Tchou. Riottoso indaga sulla vita spezzata che chiude la speranza di una Italia leader informatica.
