@MartinSLewis I attended a baby shower this morning using @zoom_us. During the call I’d somehow connected to a USA Tel number without my knowledge and racked up £110 in charges. No warning I was calling anyone/being charged. phone was blocked by @VodafoneUK until I paid 😭

@ThreeUKSupport absolute joke! No signal for around 12 months, was allowed to leave contact. Contract terminated and now they start billing again! Can only speak to India. Avoid at all costs
