On Conditional Happiness
Definition: Setting arbitrary conditions on yourself which prevent you from being happy until you achieve set conditions.
Risk: you may not even be happy when you reach your goal
Shortcut: learn to be happy now and then chase your goal
@MindHealthMoney By not wanting something you are telling your subconscious what to gravitate towards โ> the thing you donโt want.
If you focus on what you do want your subconscious will gravitate towards that instead.
If itโs a new goal of yours itโs better to be performing poorly but consistently.. than not at all. We all have to start somewhere.
You can only improve on something that is already in motion.
