Recommendation 1 – Find someone who is familiar with social media and ask for assistance.
Recommendation 2 – Do not be too hard on yourself, as it is a supportive and encouraging environment and the workload is initially overwhelming, but very doable.

Taking a vested interest in the students that you serve, no matter your role or capacity, is a free way to improve student success and provide a welcoming environment for students; a place they feel comfortable and at home. #TXHigherEd
A3: Quantitative means: GPA, academic standing, years to completion, degrees attained, semester to semester and year to year retention. Qualitative: open-ended surveys, focus groups, ethnographies #TXHigherEd
Some other KPI's to consider are student engagement and its impact on social and emotional development, community service and civic engagement and its impact on ethical and moral development. #TXHigherEd
A2: I don't believe that student success can be measured singularly. I think it is multifaceted and individualistic. Too often the focus is on retention and degree completion with everything else ignored. #TXHigherEd
@drjtedwards@logansallen I'm interested in the challenges that face the Military Connected/Veteran student population as they transition out of the military and into higher education. I would love to connect on some of the resources you have found
@drjtedwards@logansallen I would love to hear more about your veterans project this summer. That is an area of research that I am interested in and a population that I work with at the college.
I am not sure about other students, but perhaps another video to demonstrate where to access the group messages in order to ensure we are accessing the appropriate information?
